Returns & Exchanges

At Susan Shaw, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completion of the request.

• 3.
  Package Your Jewelry

  Securely place your items in their original Susan Shaw packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
